Tara's is a shelf, not a category. We stock what earns its keep — a sturdy pot, a good sneaker, a can of something you didn't know you needed — and we number each one so you can find it again.
Tara started keeping a list — a can that actually tastes like something, a mug that survives the dishwasher, a pot that outlasts the kitchen it started in. The list didn't sort itself into departments, so we stopped pretending it should.
Everything here passed the same test: would it still earn a spot on the shelf a year from now? If yes, it got a number and a price tag. If no, it's still just an idea in a notebook somewhere.
The one piece Tara reaches for more than anything else in the kitchen. Enameled cast iron holds heat evenly, moves from stovetop to oven to table, and gets better looking with every braise. Comes in dark blue or matte black — both on the shelf below.

Everything ships tracked. If something arrives wrong or broken, we replace it — no forms, just an email.
Because a shelf with eight things you'd actually buy beats a warehouse with eight thousand things you wouldn't. We add one when it earns the spot, and we don't pad the count in between.
Right now we ship within the country only. If enough people ask for further afield, we'll figure it out.
Send it back within 30 days, unopened for pantry items, and we'll refund it. No restocking fee, no runaround.
